We recently had the privilege of hosting Chad at LCBC Coal Township to speak to our 8th through 12th-grade students, and the impact was immediate, raw, and incredibly profound.
From the moment he stepped up, Chad bypassed the standard fluff and dialed right in with our students. He didn’t just talk about success or the highlight reels of business and entrepreneurship; he got down into the messy parts of life. What blew us away the most wasn’t just the message itself, but how our students responded. After a packed hour of speaking, Chad was completely crowded by students who refused to let him leave. For over an hour after the event wrapped, he stood ground with them, leaning in to give in-depth, thoughtful answers to teenagers who were genuinely hungry for more of his insight.
Chad didn’t just give a presentation; he stepped up and became a meaningful part of these kids’ stories. His leadership, business mindset, and genuine authenticity provided our student ministry with a game-changing conversation. We cannot recommend Chad Lauer highly enough—he is the real deal.
Chad is an inspirational speaker. Working in higher education, it can be difficult for speakers to break through the noise and connect with young people, but Chad captivated the audience with his story telling and life experiences which had a lasting impact on the people in the room. This was most noticeable when the session ended and the students lined up to speak with Chad and hear more from him.
I believe in giving my students real-world experiences, which you provided very well! I have to say that one student commented in her feedback that you were the guest speaker of her educational career! Kudos to you for being real and providing a great lesson for them!
